Accessibility Statement
Effective October 7, 2026
Appointiq Lead LLC wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains what we do, where we know the site falls short, and how to reach us for help.
Our commitment
We aim to make the website clear to read and operable by keyboard, screen reader, and common browser accessibility settings. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical goal for design and content decisions. This is a goal and an ongoing effort, not a claim of full conformance or a third-party audit.
What we have built in
Measures in place on the site today include:
- a “Skip to content” link at the top of each page for keyboard users;
- semantic headings, landmarks (header, main, navigation, footer), and a single language declaration for each page;
- visible focus outlines on form fields, and standard browser focus indicators on links and buttons;
- form fields with text labels, and status messages announced through a live region after submission;
- a navigation toggle with an expanded or collapsed state exposed to assistive technology;
- text contrast chosen to be readable on light and dark sections, and responsive layouts that work from small phones to wide screens;
- content that reflows when you zoom, and text that scales when you change browser font size;
- reduced-motion support: if your device is set to prefer reduced motion, entrance animations and slot pulses are switched off.
Interactive tools
The Slot Planner uses standard checkboxes that can be operated by keyboard, and its sample-week readout updates in a live region. Its colored chips also carry text labels, so meaning is not conveyed by color alone. The “Open the desk” form can be completed without a mouse. If any part of a tool is hard to use, you can send us your request by email or phone instead.
Known limitations
We have not had a formal third-party accessibility audit, and you may find issues that we have not. Areas we know deserve ongoing attention include:
- the hero photograph and dayboard graphic are decorative and are hidden from assistive technology, and the concept still in the Method section carries a text description; the meaning of the hero dayboard is also set out in text in the sections that follow;
- typefaces are loaded from a third party, and if they fail to load, fallback fonts may change spacing;
- the site relies on JavaScript for the mobile menu, section entrance effects, the Slot Planner, and form submission, so the page works best with scripting enabled; the phone and email details are also listed in plain text for anyone who cannot use the form;
- links to external sites are controlled by their owners and may not meet the same standards.
Alternative ways to reach us
If you have trouble using any part of the website, or need information in another format, you can contact us and we will help directly: by email at global@appointiqlead.com, by phone at +1 (309) 870-0213, or by post at the address below. Our hours are by appointment in Pacific Time. We can take a desk request by phone or email and prepare a written scope in an accessible format on request.
Services and accessibility
We deliver our work remotely and in the tools you already use. If you have a disability and a task needs a particular format or method, such as plain-text notes, larger-type documents, or a scheduled call in place of messages, tell us when you scope the work and we will plan around it where reasonably possible.
Feedback and response
We welcome feedback on accessibility problems. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology you were using, and how to reach you. We aim to acknowledge reports within five (5) business days, and to fix confirmed issues or offer an alternative in a reasonable time based on difficulty. We review the site when we make changes to its design or content.
Changes to this statement
We update this statement as the website changes. The effective date (October 7, 2026) shows the latest revision.
Governing law
This statement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable United States federal law. It describes our intentions and current practice and does not create any warranty beyond what the law requires.
